• Manage all incoming and outgoing transportation including our team of professional drivers
• Manage Yard Crew team members and assist with daily tasks as required

• Manage our Truck and Coach mechanic and ensure proper regular maintenance of all trucks, yard equipment, and company vehicles
• Handle all new equipment sourcing and purchasing
• Manage all transport truck licensing, plating and certifications
• Ensure compliance within all provinces of operation

You’ll be around a lot of fun, positive people who thoroughly enjoy their days and contribute to what just might be the best workplace culture you’ve ever experienced!Work Schedule:As Logistics Manager, you will be expected to work a minimum of five days per week, which could include Saturdays or potentially Sundays if required. You will generally work 8 hours, between the hours of 7:30 and 5:00 pm but as you are aware, this role, as well as the seasonality of our business, will require additional time and commitment to ensure we succeed in our overall goals.Compensation:

• Earnings Potential including bonuses: $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.

• Pension Plan after one year with contribution matching up to 3%
