If so, you may just be Legend Boats’ next Parts Advisor!The ideal person we are looking for to join our Partner Care department embodies the traits above and brings a positive and optimistic attitude to everything they do!What you’ll be doing:
  • Handle phone calls and email inquiries
  • Organize shipments for Purolator, Manitoulin or any other carriers with the best rates possible.
  • Ensure orders are being processed daily and in a timely manner.
  • Make suggestions and up-sell parts.
  • Provide all part order invoices to customers and file them accordingly.
What you bring:
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong computer and administration skills
  • Parts experience in relevant industry
  • Strong ability to prioritize work and to assist customers promptly
  • Experience working in a fast-paced industry
