Job Description

We are currently searching for a multi-talented and safety-conscious Yard Crew and Equipment Operator who will be responsible for working outdoors in a fast-paced and labor-intensive position. This includes being in sync with your teammates, never slowing down, and being able to work in absolutely any condition.*The ideal candidate is: *

  • Geared to love the outdoors
  • Forklift certified and has a valid boating license
  • A team player that enjoys challenges and finding solutions

  • Reinforce a team atmosphere with cooperation and solid work ethics
  • Be safety conscious at all times
In this role, some of what you will be responsible for:
  • Maintain your training in proper equipment licensing including forklift certification
  • Unload and load all products and check for complete shipments and sign off on all products arriving.
  • Ensure consistency of quality on incoming products from suppliers and help to solve any related issues.
  • Minimize or eliminate safety issues and product damage
  • Move boats to designated holding areas
