Job Description

Earn up to $24 Per Hour plus $2.50 in Bonuses. • Install boat windshields
• Install boat tops and covers
• Make repairs and adjustments
• Install outboard motors
• Install fish finders and electronics
• Installing swim ladders
• Installing other miscellaneous accessories to the boats
• Preparing boats to be shipped with shrink wrapping

Qualifications

• Mechanical Aptitude
• Ability to maintain and repair equipment
• Problem-solving skills for diagnosing malfunctions of various components
• Computer skills
• High attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
• Tolerance for repetitive work tasks
• Familiarity with using basic hand tools
• Boating License
• Ability to read, interpret and adhere to documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures, work instructions, procedure manuals, and policies

Experience

• Experience in trades such as carpentry, welding, plumbing, electrician, heavy equipment, auto body, automotive
• Assembly experience such as ATV, Snowmobiles, RV, small engine repair, quick lube
• Marine, ATV, Snowmobile, Rv small engine technician experience, and certifications
• Boat repair experience
• Electrical skills and ability to diagnose issues
• Previous Manufacturing experience is an asset
