Reporting to the Chef/Manager, the BREAKFAST COOK, must be willing to do whatever duties are required to have the meals prepped and prepared for client breakfast. This position includes cooking and serving the breakfast in our main dining room for up to 350 guests. You must ensure the food is of the best quality and that there is a variety of products at all times and the quality of products meets established standards. You are responsible to ensure kitchen is kept clean at all times; Temps are taken at regular intervals and all paperwork completed.Must have food safe.Must be able to engage our guests with excellent, professional customer services skills and have excellent English comprehension, including speech, reading, and writingMust be physically fit, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods and reaching.
