Dassault Systemes Industry Services has put a World Wide Services team named 3D Digital Transformation within the CATIA Hub.What will your role beAs part of the 3D Digital Transformation Services team, you will play an active role as a Technical Solutions Consultant. You will have critical conversations with customers to help define, test, and document solutions that enable our customers to meet their 3D Digital Strategy goals focusing on automated CATIA solutions.As Technical Solutions Consultant within the World Wide CATIA Hub Service team, you will guide customers on their journey to digital transformation and success by conveying the power of our 3D solutions.

• Shape Customers Digital SOLUTIONS by connecting your designated business units with the 3DEXPERlENCE- CATIA.
• Deliver personalized experiences to customer users with a hands-on approach
• Improve customer productivity through customers automation of current processes and methods

The Challenges Ahead…

• Participate in initial meetings with clients to understand their pains and business goals.
• Present strategies to help our team and our clients realize their goals.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams (electrical, software, mechanical, manufacturing, simulation engineers) to achieve project deliverables such as digital twins and script creation.
• Be responsible and accountable for the technical delivery.
• Demonstrate future customer processes with a priority of automation.
• Strengthen your consulting experience with client-facing activities.
• Work closely with Enterprise Customers and R&D teams to convey the power of the 3Dexperience platform collaborative design for CATIA V5.

Les services industriels de Dassault Systèmes ont mis en place une équipe World Wide Services nommée 3D Digital Transformation au sein du hub CATIA.En tant que consultant en solutions techniques, CATIA, vous aurez des défis à responsabiliser nos clients en enrichissant leurs processus avec les capacités de CATIA.Quel sera votre rôle Au sein de léquipe des services de transformation numérique 3D, vous jouerez un rôle actif en tant que consultant en solutions techniques. Vous aurez des conversations critiques avec les clients pour aider à définir, tester et documenter les solutions qui permettent à nos clients datteindre leurs objectifs de stratégie numérique 3D en se concentrant sur les solutions CATIA automatisées.En tant que consultant en solutions techniques au sein de léquipe World Wide CATIA Hub Service, vous guiderez les clients dans leur cheminement vers la transformation numérique et le succès en transmettant la puissance de nos solutions 3D.

• Façonnez les SOLUTIONS numériques du client en connectant vos unités commerciales désignées à 3DEXPERlENCE-CATIA.

• Offrir des expériences personnalisées aux utilisateurs clients avec une approche pratique

• Améliorer la productivité des clients grâce à lautomatisation des processus et méthodes actuels par les clients

Les défis à venir…

• Participer aux premières rencontres avec les clients pour comprendre leurs difficultés et leurs objectifs daffaires.

• Présenter des stratégies pour aider notre équipe et nos clients à atteindre leurs objectifs.

• Participer à des équipes de projet interfonctionnelles (ingénieurs électriques, logiciels, mécaniques, fabrication, simulation) pour réaliser les livrables du projet tels que les jumeaux numériques et la création de scripts.

• Être responsable et rendre compte de la livraison technique.

• Démontrer les futurs processus clients avec une priorité dautomatisation.

• Renforcez votre expérience de conseil avec des activités orientées client.

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les entreprises clientes et les équipes R&D pour transmettre la puissance de la conception collaborative de la plate-forme 3DEXPERIENCE.

Key Success Factors:

• Engineering Degree – Mechanical preferred
• 0-3 years - internship experience highly desired
• 1+ year educational purposes of CATIA product and services
• Understanding of programming concepts and applications
• Customer-driven and results-oriented
• Experience with CATIA on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
• Automation within the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, CATIA, DELMIA, or CATIA V5 environment
• Hands-on programming experience in using Java and/or Python
• Customer-facing experience
• Effective Communication
• Ability to work effectively in a team
