Il a un grand nombre de tâches à accomplir pour assurer, dans les limites raisonnables, la satisfaction des besoins des résidents et des visiteurs. Plus particulièrement, certaines tâches consistent à accueillir les résidents et à les tenir informés, à gérer certains problèmes, à coordonner des rencontres, ainsi qu’à veiller à la sécurité dans l’immeuble.Salaire : 18,00 $/heureRESPONSABILITÉS:

    • Offrir un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure aux résidents et à leurs visiteurs, lorsque ceux-ci entrent ou sortent de l’immeuble
    • Démontrer un grand esprit communautaire
    • Recevoir des messages personnels pour des résidents et les transmettre lorsque vous les rencontrez ou tel que convenu
    • Réserver des commodités ou des salles de conférence dans l’immeuble pour les résidents, le cas échéant
    • Aider les résidents à trouver leur chemin, si nécessaire
    • Fournir accès au fournisseur des service autorisés
    • Gestion des colis
    • Gestion des demandes de stationnement et espaces de rangements
    • Assigner les demandes de maintenance au technicien
    • Gérer et assister les résidents à résoudre leurs problèmes dans un délai raisonnable
    • Effectuer d’autres tâches, selon les besoins
QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Avoir des aptitudes exceptionnelles en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
    • Posséder d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine du service à la clientèle
    • Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires ou, de préférence, un diplôme de formation générale (FG)
    • Avoir une bonne connaissance du quartier et posséder des aptitudes efficaces en communication téléphonique
    • Avoir la capacité de travailler avec un groupe de personnes hétéroclite
In this role you will have the opportunity to::This role is responsible for helping residents in several ways to enhance the quality of their living experience. There are a wide variety of duties that ensure that the needs of the residents or guests are met, within reason. Some specific tasks include greeting, managing, maintaining security, coordinating, and informing.Pay: $18.00/hourlyRESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Provide superior customer service to both residents and guests when they exit or enter the property
    • Promote a strong sense of community
    • Take personal messages for residents and deliver them when seen or as designated
    • Reserve amenities or conference room spaces in the building for residents if applicable
    • Provide direction for residents as required
    • Provide access to authorized vendors
    • Manage parcel deliveries
    • Assist residents with maintenance, parkings and lockers inquiries
    • Assist residents get timely resolution on maintenance issues
    • Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High School Diploma or GED preferred
    • Experience in previous customer service role
    • Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills
    • Good working knowledge of the local area and effective phone communication skills
    • Ability to work with a diverse group of people
