Job Description

AIR INUIT CORPORATE PROFILEAir Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, chartered, cargo and emergency air transport services to Nunavik and beyond- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - for over 42 years. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs approximately 800 employees in one of the world’s most challenging flight environments.Air Inuit Management and its team of dedicated employees are committed to pursuing their tradition of providing safe, punctual and courteous air service for the growing number of people living and doing business in this enchanting region of Nunavik in Northern Québec.POSITION OVERVIEWCleaning the interior and exterior of aircraft.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clean the aircraft according to the required procedures;
  • Clean the interior and exterior of all vehicles;
  • Ensure the organization of all the maintenance equipment;
  • Work in co-operation with the aircraft mechanics;
  • Keep the hangar clean;
  • Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by the Maintenance Crew Chief;
  • Assist with Aircraft turnarounds
  • In accordance with Transport Canada requirements, proof of complete vaccination against Covid 19 is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Punctual and reliable;
  • Hold of a valid driving license
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Accommodations, meals, work clothing and travel between Montreal and work location are provided
  • Positions available for day and night shifts based on 3 week on/off rotation
