Nous sommes toujours à la recherche de personnes énergiques, curieuses et passionnées pour rejoindre notre équipe mondiale.APERÇU DU POSTEEn tant quanalyste dans le groupe dinvestissement, vous rapportant au Head of Investment, vous ferez partie d’une équipe internationale soudée. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les différents secteurs d’affaires, composés de personnes orientées actions et solutions.L’analyste en investissement assure, entre autres, les fonctions suivantes :

• Participer activement à lanalyse des stratégies de rendement absolu, en contribuant plus particulièrement à la revue diligente des opportunités de fonds spéculatifs en évaluant les mérites et les risques de linvestissement ;
• Aider léquipe à suivre et à mieux comprendre les activités de trading et de gestion de portefeuille ainsi que suivre les portefeuilles en direct ;
• Devenir un expert et un contributeur essentiel aux processus dallocation, de rééquilibrage, de construction de portefeuille et danalyse risque/rendement pour les clients.
• Développer de nouvelles capacités de reporting pour améliorer les canaux de communication avec les clients et les gestionnaires dinvestissement des fonds spéculatifs.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

• Diplôme universitaire en finance ou dans un domaine relié, de préférence une maitrise
• Compétences de travail avec les applications Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio et Matlab
• Organisation, débrouillardise et posséder un esprit orienté solutions
• Excellente communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais étant donné la nature internationale du travail
• Capacité à travailler efficacement dans une organisation en constante évolution, où les priorités changement rapidement

Nous voudrons certainement vous rencontrez si vous avez au moins 1 an dexpérience pertinente et si vous avez une connaissance des produits et stratégies dinvestissement alternatifs. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devrez promouvoir une culture de responsabilité et de performance avec une intégrité et un professionnalisme soutenu. We are always looking for the energetic, curious, passionate people to join our global team.ABOUT THE ROLEAs an analyst in the investment group, reporting to the Head of Investment, you will be a member of a close-knit and global team and collaborate very closely with the business and with people who are action and solution oriented.The Investment Analyst’s responsibilities include:

• Actively participating in the analysis of absolute return strategies, more specifically contributing to the due diligence of hedge fund opportunities by evaluating the investment merits and risks.
• Helping the team to monitor and better understand the trading and portfolio management activities monitoring of live portfolios
• Becoming an expert and key contributor to the client’s allocation, rebalancing, portfolio construction and risk/return analysis processes
• Developing new reporting capabilities to improve communication channels with clients and hedge funds investment managers.

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, Master’s degree preferred
• Proficiency with PC applications, particularly with Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and Mathlab
• Organized, resourceful, and possessing a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in French and English given the international nature of the work
• Ability to work well in a constantly evolving organization, where priorities shift rapidly

We definitely want to hear about you if you are if you have at least 1 years of relevant experience and if you have a knowledge of alternative investment products and strategies. To be successful in this role, you will have to be a promoter of a culture of accountability and performance, with sustained integrity and professionalism.
