Great communication, social skills, and knowledge of ITIL best practices are essential as you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our applications.What will be your day-to-dayWhen you open your laptop, you’ll do a morning check to make sure Production is stable before the financial markets open.During the day you will maintain the user’s ticket backlog using ServiceNow.
