As a member of the IT support team for Capital Management and Disclosure, you’ll represent the Bank’s values and be empowered to help resolve irregularities and implement innovative solutions in order to achieve our business objectives.You will use your knowledge of the financial industry and different types of programming languages to provide support for solutions that meet Capital Management business strategies.Main duties:
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of applications and processes for producing regulatory reports
  • Support the continuous improvement of processes
  • Solve technical problems quickly
  • Analyze irregularities of varying levels of complexity and urgency
  • Support users of capital management and disclosure applications
  • Serve as an advisor for users
More specifically, you will:
  • Participate in various testing phases throughout the development cycle
  • Maintain existing applications with a view to continually improving them
  • Standardize and develop our working methods to improve our efficiency
  • Provide technical and operational support for our applications (24/7 during quarterly report production period) in order to respect service agreements
  • Produce and update technical documents
  • Propose solutions that allow us to be more agile and efficient with our deployments
Target profile:
  • Excellent ability to manage priorities
  • Open-minded and not afraid to propose innovative solutions to problems encountered
  • Team player and willing to share your knowledge for the team’s benefit
  • More than 2 year’s experience in user and application support, an asset
  • Independent, rigorous, and client-centric
  • Expert knowledge of the following technological tools: DataStage 11.7, SQL, Oracle, DB2, GIT, Linux, Control-M
  • Knowledge of Java, Python, API, DevOps, an asset
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
