The primary task is to lead project meetings and ensure constant communication with stakeholders and project teams to deliver quality projects on time.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and maintain a personalized relationship with clients, defined by an excellent level of communication ;
  • Define deadlines, assess and control risks, ensure that deliverables meet the quality requested by the client and act proactively in identifying problems and finding solutions;
  • Manage and monitor projects in close collaboration with the client and internal teams;
  • Participate in project start-up and post-mortem meetings with clients;
  • Participate in process development and improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Relevant undergraduate degree in project management or equivalent;
  • PMP or similar certification (an asset);
  • 2-4 years experience in a web/marketing agency or e-learning.
  • Knowledge of the education and/or e-learning field (an asset) ;
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to manage constant change and challenges ;
  • Proficiency with Office Suite tools, particularly Microsoft Project (an asset);
  • Knowledge of Adobe Workfront tool;
  • Demonstrate autonomy;
  • Excellent oral and written skills in French and English.
