ResponsibilitiesABOUT THE JOBWhat are you applying toPrimary tasks related to Functional Application Support Analyst role include but are not limited to:A hands-on functional support analyst, responding users’ requests, analyzing functional process related to technical investigations, helping the BA’s and developers with tests and homologation. Main responsibility is to be a Point of Contact in AMER for one or more functional lines with respect to users/project requests.It is critical that this individual has a proven track record working with operations, front office, risk, finance, and external partners to perform functional requirements, QA (testing and homologation), and coordinate with technical staff to deliver releases.
