This job is full-time permanent.Are you interested in working in the complex and dynamic North American construction materials market Can you play a critical role in the interrelated efforts of both Sales and Operations, assuring that an excellent standard of service and a high level of external and internal customer satisfaction is maintained If so, this opportunity might be for you.The position of Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, Wood Products, is part of our wood products team. You will be responsible for some aspects of sales and related transactions. Your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Develop a firm understanding of Resolute various wood products
• Actively ensures the retention of Resolute customer base which includes promoting the company to existing customers
• Receive, process and accurately enter/edit customer orders and inquiries utilizing both internal and external order entry systems
• Maintain detailed, accurate customer/order records as required by department standards
• Ensure that customers are cleared for credit and help the team for collection purpose
• Communicate directly with customers and necessary organization departments regarding all pertinent order info: orders, ship/delivery date, anticipated delays, change in mode of transportation, etc.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of the order to cash process as required by department standards (Order receipt to invoice date)
• Prepare and manage required account reports, for both internal and external customers (inventory requirements, etc.).

Reporting to the Sales Director, Wood Products, SPF, you will be a member of a dynamic team that is recognized for its ability to excel in a complex, changing environmentThe ideal profile

• Completed diploma of collegial studies (DEC) or Bachelors degree of Business Administration in marketing or operations management, or equivalent experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (export background preferable)
• Direct account management experience required (full life cycle)
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both official languages
• Familiarity with negotiation, upselling and other sales tactics
• Service oriented
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while delivering quality results
• Ability to prioritize and work as a team member
• Good analysis skills and detail orientation
• Ability to present technical recommendations in a business-friendly and user-friendly language
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Solid understanding of basic math
• Knowledge of SAP, an asset
