Here, you can help shape the future of insurance, win as a team, and grow with us.About the roleWe’re looking for an IT Business Analyst II to join our growing team!As a business analyst, you play a vital role of translator and facilitator between Business, IT and Quality Assurance. You will be part of a small squad with the sole purpose of creating and enhancing the functionalities of our in-house policy system to the point where that product is the best product, not just in the insurance field, but the best product out there, period.What youll do here:

• Analyze business needs to define IT solutions.
• Lead / prepare / participate in business requirements workshops to specify IT solutions.
• Make impact analysis and effort estimates to advocate, get approval, then document the IT solution using effective methods and interacting with both business users and the IT project team.
• Support the development of solutions and monitor the velocity of the team.
• Support test Quality Assurance activities and User Acceptance Tests.
• Support Product Owners in handling their backlogs and prioritize work to be done.
• Document User Stories effectively so they can be clearly understood by Front End, Back End developers and Quality Assurance.
• Identify and convey the impacts on Business processes to support change management in Business units via train the trainer documents and procedures
• Build a solid, reusable and thorough system documentation to be used by any stakeholders.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelors degree in a related field or any combination of equivalent education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Project experiences in Scrum mode
• Experience and knowledge in the insurance field
• Experience and knowledge of applications in a web
• Mastery of JIRA, Confluence & DNG
