  • Within the COO team work to manage IT referentials, handle internal IT client requests, produce reports and manage project and staffing follow ups.
  • Based on technical ability contribute to corrections and improvements on COO tools and applications
  • Work with developers in COO team with AGILE process currently in place
  • Contribute to adhoc COO activities
  • Interact with various GTS and GBSU teams on COO initiatives / projects
  • Represent GTS AMER’s interests in meetings with other regions
  • Execute quarterly controls to spot anomalies and maintain accurate referentials
  • Create and maintain dashboards in the DEV/PRD environment
  • Assist with some vendor management topics
Required qualifications to be successful in this roleTechnical Skills:
  • Advanced Excel and Office product suite capabilities
  • Infrastructure/ banking knowledge
  • Data Analytics
  • Managing technical referential tools (Apptio)
  • Knowledge of Flexera a plus
Desired / Plus:
  • BI reporting (Power BI)
  • SQL querying / relational database familiarity
  • API knowledge
  • Financial knowledge
Competencies:
  • Bilingual
  • Project Coordination abilities
  • Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Analytical skills / quantitative reasoning
  • Interpersonal skills and collaboration with a variety of teams
Work Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience
  • Educational Requirements:
  • CEGEP or University degree Experience in data and reporting skills (SQL & data modeling)
  • Experience with one ETL tool (Talend, SSIS, Informatica, …)
