Tidan has proudly applied its combined experience in the hospitality and construction sectors to the redevelopment of the historic Mount Stephen mansion in Montreal’s iconic Golden Square Mile and the recent acquisition of the magnificent Marriott Château Champlain.If you want to be part of our team, we ask you to send us your application through our career page at https://www.tidan.com/en/careers/ .Reporting to the Regional Executive Vice President, the person holding the position is responsible for the following:Accounts Receivable:Entering deposits in Hopem to correct building/tenant with correct applicationMaking the deposits in the bank (checks are deposited done with a remote check scanner, only cash deposits must be taken to the branch)Preparing monthly rent roll verificationCollection callsPrepare letters to tenants (service memos, renewals, collections)Preparing and submitting documents for credit checksAssist in the preparation of the leasesEnter new tenant and lease information and maintain accurate information into HopemEnsure accurate billing per the LeasesMaintain up to date collection notes in HopemAlerting property manager on a timely basis of any collection issuesFollowing Head Office Policy with respect to collection proceduresAccounts Payable:Enter supplier invoices in HopemPrepare various types of payments to suppliers based on provided scheduleChecksPAPOnline paymentRespond to supplier calls requesting paymentKeeping Accounts Payable report up to dateMisc.:Showing vacant space – as neededAssisting property manager in daily operationsOperation of camera systemCross train all tasks with ReceptionistSkills:
