  • Maintain external and internal client satisfaction
  • Install and repair support for Phone, Internet, and TV transported over fiber/copper networks
  • Installation, termination, and testing of coax, fiber, CAT6
  • Responsible for the installation/commissioning of TV/Internet/Phone/Security Systems equipment
  • Installation and repair of CCTV cameras, CCTV monitoring systems, alarm/security panels, PIR and Window Sensors, Thermostat, smoke/ carbon monoxide sensor, low voltage wiring
  • Drive the high quality installation of Internet/TV/VOIP services over fiber/coaxial
  • Analyze and repair existing Internet/TV/VOIP service challenges
  • Discover new Internet/TV/VOIP service issues and create solutions before problems can become customer impacting
  • Installation (including rewiring, installing, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting), and maintenance of wireless security system including hardwire takeovers
  • Promote the full product line and services offered to provide best practice solutions
  • Provide oral presentations to customers explaining the operation of their equipment and applicable services
  • Ensure accuracy of data in web based corporate operating systems
  • Coordinate daily workload for multiple site visits
  • Ensure that all customer/company correspondence is responded to or forwarded to the appropriate department within 12 hours of receipt
  • Track statistical information as needed for the department and compile data into reports that are submitted to management in a timely manner
  • Handle escalated customer calls as needed
  • Maintain customer appointment efficiency
  • Support teammates, share expertise, and participate in training peers
  • Perform all other duties and administrative duties as assigned
  • Finally and most importantly, you will engage in meaningful conversations with our customers, developing real relationships in which the trust you build can be leveraged to provide solutions for the connected homes of today
Requirements & Qualifications: *Full-Time - Independent Contractor
  • Ability to work with tools including drilling/cutting into & fishing walls, multi-meter, climb 20 extendable ladder, toner/wand, fish tape
  • Adheres to safety standards and local and national codes, with a high degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service while overcoming objections and handling both favourable and unfavourable customer interactions
  • Ability to identify & provide alternative technical solutions to our customers
  • Hardworking and a problem solver
  • You are someone who takes pride in the quality and customer service level on every job
  • You take imitative in improving your product knowledge to succeed
  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to plan, organize and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
  • Must have functional and safe PPE
  • Must be computer & app savvy (Microsoft office), mobile apps, and current on new technologies
  • Excellent command of the English and French language in both written and oral forms
  • Must have a valid provincial driver license , and clear drivers abstract
  • Must have a vehicle you can use for work purposes
  • Roving projects to areas outside the city area to support Marketing campaigns is a shared responsibility, includes travel $/per diem
  • Handle a physically demanding workload which includes heavy lifting, climbing, crawling in confined spaces, and working in all weather conditions
