  • The creation process for new project requests:
  • Working with the operations and merchandising departments to record requirements;
  • Helping establish expected outcomes;
  • Tracking project progress and maintaining the roadmap for the line of business;
  • Maintaining and tracking the change request list by system;
  • Supporting the manager in the prioritization of requests: preparing the agenda and project prioritization content, and taking meeting minutes;
  • Ensuring timely and accurate entry of project-level data in required Project Management & Resource Management tools including: updates resulting from milestone phases, status changes, assignment of project numbers to new projects, entry of resource allocations as initiatives progress through the governance process and project life cycle;
  • Ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of SharePoint project sites, including the creation of new SharePoint project sites; creation of security groups, document libraries, lists, issue logs, risk logs, action logs; and maintenance of project records and sites;
  • Create presentation for system committee and ensure the tracking of action items.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels and areas of the business;
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in Project Management (use of specific methodology and tools); or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Experience in a Project Management Office would be an asset;
  • Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint and MS Access;
  • You have good communication skills both orally and in writing;
  • You are recognized for your ability to establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships and to work in a team;
  • You have a good analytical mind, initiative, autonomy and you are resourceful;
  • Bilingual (French/English);
  • Travel across Canada may be expected.
