Parajuriste, services corporatifsNous sommes présentement à la recherche dun(e) parajuriste en droit des affaires possédant de 2 à 5 années dexpérience.La personne recherchée sera appelée à rédiger divers documents de nature corporative et fiscale (constitutions, organisations, modifications de statuts, dissolutions, transactions dactions, enregistrements extra-provinciaux, roulements, gels successoraux, fusions, réorganisations fiscales) et effectuer toutes autres transactions, telles que les vérifications diligentes lors dachats et de ventes dentreprises. La personne sera également responsable de maintenir à jour les livres de procès-verbaux pour nos clients corporatifs et assister les avocats lors de dossiers transactionnels.Parfaitement bilingue, la personne recherchée devra être titulaire dun DEC en techniques juridiques ou un équivalent. En plus davoir un sens de lorganisation aigu, la personne sera reconnue pour sa minutie, son autonomie et lexcellence de son service à la clientèle.Corporate ParalegalWe are currently looking for a Corporate Paralegal with 2 to 5 years of experience.The candidate will be able to draft a variety of corporate documents (incorporations, organizations, amendments of articles, dissolutions, share transactions, extra-provincial registrations and amalgamations) and perform various other transactions, such as due diligence in the context of mergers and acquisitions. The person will also be in charge of the maintenance of minute books for clients and will assist lawyers in transactions.Perfectly bilingual, the candidate will have a DEC in Paralegal Technology or equivalent. In addition to having excellent organizational skills, the candidate will be known for his/her attention to detail, ability to work autonomously and strong client relation skills.Quick Apply
