We will be happy to assist.Ready to become part of our success story Join CGI — where your ideas and actions make a difference.Your future duties and responsibilitiesAnticipate problematic situations, initiate changes and encourage a questioning of ways of doing things with a view to continuous improvement to achieve the objectives set;Optimize the use of resources, raise and manage the risks and issues inherent in the project in a constant, proactive manner and with a strategic vision, produce the various reports;Manage stakeholders and maintain good relations with internal and external collaborators;Carry out the detailed planning of the activities and the approach of the deliverables entrusted, taking into account the issues, the complexity, the stakeholders and the linkages of the project, for both the Business and IT components;Propose all the deliverables of the contribution in order to meet the business objectives of the project and the priorities while respecting the agreed agreements, costs and deadlines;Have the deliverables of the contribution approved by respecting the decision points specific to his sector;Develop the analysis of risks, impacts and related strategies taking into account the various factors in order to reduce the level of risk of the contribution;Carry out the operational coordination of the people involved in the contribution, the project and the various interrelated projects, see to the quality control of the work, the identification of the standards, methods and procedures to be applied for the contribution;Manage the requested changes, the experimentation of solutions and the implementation strategy according to his area of expertise;Develop or apply knowledge transfer strategies to different clienteles based on their area of expertise;Diagnose the needs or problems to be solved;Efficiently use the practices, methodologies, project management tools of his sector and produce management and monitoring information;Implement an operational transition process framework;Set up in management framework with operational and escalation processes;Participate in the change management strategy;Identify process automation opportunities;Set up the transfer process to operations – project to Ops;Set up process metrics and performance measures;Participate in reverse engineering workshops.Required qualifications to be successful in this roleExpertise in process structure, management framework and their application (ITIL or others);Ability to project into the future, do reverse engineering to understand what it currently takes to reach a target;Ability: holistic view versus detailed view;Has already been part of or participated in the implementation of the operationalization and support of technical teams;Has already been part of or to participate in the establishment of a Center of Excellence (mainly for the IT portion);Experience in managing outsourcing and suppliers;Understand the cycles and operational support, maintenance, evolutions, delivery, integration and production (documentation, mapping, pattern and its implementation);Advanced understanding of DevOPs concepts;Good knowledge of Datastage and Denodo.Quick Apply
