Job Description

A small local retail boutique in St-Henri (Jewellery and accessories) is looking for a dynamic, passionate and motivated candidate for a managerial position.Nous sommes à la recherche dun(e) candidat(e) pour joindre à notre équipe - Dynamique, passionné(e) et motivé(e) pour la poste de gérant(e) magasin.Duties and responsibilities include/Tâches et responsabilités:

  • Providing exemplarily customer service/service à la clientèle;
  • recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff/recrutement,formation et supervision;
  • merchandising and inventory management/gestion dinventaire et merchandising;
  • track monthly results and trends for business forecasting/rapport des activités;
  • opening and closing duties(based on your schedule)/tâches ouverture et fermeture de magasin(selon votre horaire);
  • Social media - photos and posts/gestion de réseaux sociaux;
  • Website: adding and updating products/gestion du site web;
Languages/Langues: French and English (spoken and written)/Français et anglais (ecrit et parlé)Salary/salaire: negotiable/negociableHours/Heurers: 30-35 week/semaineQualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields/expérience en commerce de détail et service à la clientèle un atout
