This job is full-time permanent.Do you enjoy an active, dynamic work environment Are you looking for an opportunity to excel in a role that supports the decision-making process of a multinational company If you have strong time-management skills, are detail-oriented and have solid experience in communication and coordination, this position could be for you.Your challenges:

  • Ensure the management team functions smoothly and efficiently by providing administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, and his team;
  • Draft and format documents using computer software and carry out proofreading, grammatical revision, translation, information searches, records management, filing, archiving and photocopying;
  • Prepare documents and presentations for meetings of the Board of Directors;
  • Coordinate and organize meetings;
  • Organize and coordinate business travel;
  • Answer, screen and route phone calls;
  • Respond to information requests by e-mail or phone and transfer them if needed;
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual budget, create purchase requisitions and pay invoices in SAP;
  • Manage the expense accounts of the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, and those of his management team.
Your team:Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team recognized for its initiative and team spirit.Your profile:
  • Diploma of collegial studies in office automation, administration, human resources, or any other relevant training;
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience providing administrative support to executives.
Your skills:
  • Excellent sense of priorities and ability to work on multiple files simultaneously;
  • Ability to work as a team member, communicate with all levels of the organization and adapt to rapid change;
  • High degree of professionalism and keen sense of ethics;
  • Versatility, autonomy and resourcefulness;
  • Strong communication and writing skills;
  • Excellent command of English and French (reading, writing and speaking);
  • Excellent command of Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset.
