Job Description

For years, Protel Industries Ltd. has been providing quality service to our clients with the professional care they deserve. Our team is up for every job, managing projects with the skill and experience our clients have come to expect.Currently, we are seeking an individual who possess the skill, attitude, and passion for customer service to fulfill a role as a Field Manager.As a Field Manager, the support and coaching of your team will be a vital part in the success of this position. Continuous process improvements along with monitoring time will also be tasked.Other responsibilities and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of telecommunication installations
  • Supervise and manage field team to achieve key objectives and meet service and scheduling demands while executing daily workload
  • Review and implement health and safety practices with team members
  • Participate in quality inspections to maintain the highest level of service
  • Coach and train technicians as necessary to maintain service levels and customer expectations
  • Communicate with customer and Manager to discuss implementation plans and schedules
  • Ensure accuracy of timelines
  • Work closely with customer and/or client management to manage customer expectations.
  • Adaptation to both individual deliverables and team responsibilities
  • Assist in tracking project milestones, and deliverables

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per yearBenefits:

Experience:
