We are searching for a Microsoft Cloud Specialist to join our Advanced Solutions team. This is a remote position with our Headquarters in Halifax, Nova Scotia.This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented and growing team that is committed to providing service excellence, and is passionate about being part of something bigger. Are you ready for your next big step Join our team!What You Will Do:

  • Provide guidance to customers on leveraging multiple licensing vehicles such as Cloud Service Provider, Enterprise Agreements (EA’s), Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA’s), to increase and drive sales of Microsoft license and subscription revenue
  • Be a subject-matter expert on the designated partners products and answer pre-sales technical questions related to Azure Solutions, Microsoft Cloud and Microsoft Licensing Program
  • Provide licensing guidance on products such as Windows Server Datacenter, and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Work with our Microsoft / Customer CSP Portal (Cloudmore) for pricing information and updates
  • Responsible for all new contract additions including; Microsoft licensing, quoting, drafting proposals and presentations
  • Liaison between customer, account executive and internal technical delivery team to ensure success of the project

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Licencing and Solutions
  • Ability to take ownership of Microsoft challenges and run independently with Microsoft and/or the IMP customer.
  • Ability to collaborate with the IMP Microsoft Team and the IMP Sales Executives
  • Ability to positively contribute to a dynamic and exciting team environment.
  • Ability to work concurrently on multiple client initiatives.
  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology or comparable experience
