Job Description

We deliver innovative solutions to patients, hospitals, and insurance companies to improve clinical decision making, simplify financial processes, and enable better patient experiences to improve lives and support healthier communities.Work Location:Richmond, British Columbia, CanadaOpen to Remote - CanadaPosition:The Project Coordinator, Co-Op is responsible for coordinating and tracking project activities to be completed effectively and on time, keeping the projects and all related process running smoothly. You will be exposed to and received basic training on quality standards like ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 14791:2007. In addition, you will build up domain knowledge on medical imaging systems - a critical component in delivery of patient care.Core Responsibilities:

  • Analyze process and regulatory requirements and to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Identifying project risks and opportunities, update project forecast, manage project meetings and documentations, and compile project status reports.
  • Identify and resolve coordination problems.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in Higher Education Program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Project Management, or related field.
  • Completed at least two years of Higher Education Program with courses in software development.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completed courses related to project management is an asset.
  • Entry level job experience is an asset. New experience may be considered in some circumstances.
  • PMP Certification is considered an asset.
  • Experience in project management is an asset.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of software engineering concepts
  • Experience in software development and methodologies
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office toolset
  • Good organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Able to interact constructively with peers and stakeholders
