Bring your passion. Build the future.What you’ll doAs a member of the Mulgrave Core Leadership Team, the IP Manager will provide technical leadership to improve and optimize site resources. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive all sites Improve Cycle work process on site, managing a capital budget of less than $10M annually
  • Lead special corporate programs and initiatives related to improving manufacturing performance on site. These programs include compliance with SHE and Quality requirements and reduction of manufacturing cost.
  • Recruit, develop and mentor talented individuals
  • Set a high bar for engineering quality, monitoring and reporting on overall project health, KIPs, proactively addressing concerns, delivering on-time and on-budget, and promoting both team and client satisfaction
You bring
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical or Chemical, required
  • 5-8 years’ experience in an industrial setting with at least 2 of those in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of excellent customer relations; innovator; influential coach & mentor; strong presenter with financial and analytical capabilities.
  • Significant leadership experience is a must.
  • In depth knowledge and hands on experience on relevant DSM SHE requirements, knowledge of applicable site-specific safety aspects (e.g., dust explosions, PSM area) and knowledge of federal and provincial regulations.
  • Knowledge of ISO Systems and cGMPs; Project Management
